CCR Ltd is an SME Contract Clinical Research Organisation, headquartered in central Scotland.

Carnegie Clinical Research Ltd provides Clinical Trial Project Management and Monitoring services to Pharma, Biotech, Phase 1 Units and University Clinical Trial Units. We have over 30 years of experience in clinical trials and drug development. Hilary Birrell BSc, our Director of Clinical Operations began her career In AstraZeneca and has worked on over 300 clinical trials in Phases I-IV of Drug Development, across many health indications.

CCR Ltd was founded in 2010 by owner and director, Hilary Birrell.

Hilary has over 3 decades of experience in clinical trials operations, previously in AstraZeneca and as an Independent Clinical Research Consultant.

CCR Ltd provides a high quality, cost-effective and flexible service to clients working in Phase I-IV clinical research, across all clinical indications and drug modalities.

We work with a network of Senior Medical Researchers and Key Opinion Leaders in Universities and NHS across the UK and Europe and have access to a wide international network of clinical research personnel.

We are open to long- and short-term clinical research contracts.

We work closely with clients to facilitate the clinical trial process and optimise sponsor resources, whilst ensuring patient safety and data integrity in studies.

We can set-up clinical operations teams and processes, including Standard Operating procedure writing, Quality Systems and Datarooms.
